Golden Technology has a unique and scalable recruiting delivery model ready to support high volume requirements. Our Delivery Engine includes four steps of internal quality control prior to sending resumes to clients.
We have team of highly skilled and experienced IT Sourcing Specialists. The Sourcing Specialist’s responsibility is to identify and engage candidates from various places such as Golden’s internal database of over a million IT professionals, networking, user groups, internal and external referrals, LinkedIn connections, and job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc). The Sourcing Specialist then sends qualified resumes to our Recruiters for a technical interview.
Our technical recruiters are specialized in technical and functional roles, including but not limited to Software Developers, Automation Testers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, IT Project Managers, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, etc. Our Recruiters qualify candidates by conducting a thorough technical screening and vetting process. If the Recruiter deems a fit, the candidate is sent to our Delivery Lead.
Delivery leads are highly qualified industry veterans with a minimum of fifteen years of experience. The delivery lead’s job is to further qualify the candidates on applicable skillsets, culture fit, and passion for the specific job responsibilities. If the the Delivery Lead feels the candidate is qualified on all criteria the candidate is then presented to the Business Development Manager.
Before presenting a candidate to the client, the Business Development Manager serves as the final approval step. They leverage their understanding of the client, hiring manager, market, and role specifications to evaluate culture fit and verify that the candidate meets the client's expectations.

We have had great success with the temp to placement strategy. It gives us a finite term (3, 6, 9 months, etc.) from which we can make a solid assessment of the individual and allow us to make a better hiring decision vs. new employee sourcing (which provides no on the job assessment period). This is a great benefit not only for Hogan but also for the perspective employee. There is always a ramp up to learn systems, interface with the proper stakeholders, navigate through short- and long-term objectives. Putting someone through all of that while they are providing valuable technical support on a temporary basis really jump starts the long-term solution process.
