  • Originally founded in 1997 by Michelle and Brian Marcum

  • Created and operated on core values of loving others, striving to succeed, inspiring positivity, enjoying life, learning continually, being people-centric, maintaining humility, and having confidence.

  • 2011 Golden Technology 2.0 is born, a co-shore model with offices in the US and India.

  • In 2019, Golden Technology purchased 10,000 sq ft office building and established corporate headquarters in West Chester, OH.

  • In 2020, Golden Community was founded, which is devoted to giving back to local communities with time, talent, and treasures.

  • 2020 - 2022 expanded to St. Louis, Raleigh, and Des Moines Markets.

  • In 2022 Golden Community received a 501c3 and donated over $200,000 to the overlooked and underserved.

Our Four-Tiered Delivery Engine

Golden Technology has a unique and scalable recruiting delivery model ready to support high volume requirements. Our Delivery Engine includes four steps of internal quality control prior to sending resumes to clients.

1st Step: SOURCING SPECIALISTS

We have team of highly skilled and experienced IT Sourcing Specialists. The Sourcing Specialist’s responsibility is to identify and engage candidates from various places such as Golden’s internal database of over a million IT professionals, networking, user groups, internal and external referrals, LinkedIn connections, and job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc). The Sourcing Specialist then sends qualified resumes to our Recruiters for a technical interview.

2nd Step: TECHNICAL RECRUITERS

Our technical recruiters are specialized in technical and functional roles, including but not limited to Software Developers, Automation Testers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, IT Project Managers, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, etc. Our Recruiters qualify candidates by conducting a thorough technical screening and vetting process. If the Recruiter deems a fit, the candidate is sent to our Delivery Lead.

3rd Step: DELIVERY LEADS:

Delivery leads are highly qualified industry veterans with a minimum of fifteen years of experience. The delivery lead’s job is to further qualify the candidates on applicable skillsets, culture fit, and passion for the specific job responsibilities. If the the Delivery Lead feels the candidate is qualified on all criteria the candidate is then presented to the Business Development Manager.

4th Step: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Before presenting a candidate to the client, the Business Development Manager serves as the final approval step. They leverage their understanding of the client, hiring manager, market, and role specifications to evaluate culture fit and verify that the candidate meets the client's expectations.

LEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Phil Haddad is a seasoned Strategic Sales, Management, and Business Development professional with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, and Global Marketing Research Services. His consultative, solution-selling approach has led to significant achievements and strong client relationships.

Phil hails from northern Ohio and southern Michigan and moved to Cincinnati for college, where he graduated from Xavier University with degrees in Communication Arts and Business Marketing. This educational foundation has propelled his successful career.

Phil's personal life is as vibrant as his professional one. He lives with his wife Amy and their two children: Kaden, who is almost 16, and Carly, who is 10. The family also enjoys the company of their dogs, Bella and Simon.
